Money and rights
Do I keep my royalties and rights?
Yes. You keep 100% of your royalties and all rights to your book. We never take a share of sales, and every agreement says so in writing.
Whose account is my book published on?
Yours. We publish on your own Amazon KDP, IngramSpark and other store accounts. If you don't have them yet, we'll guide you through opening them, which takes about 15 minutes each.
How much does it cost?
Publishing packages start at $599, and Complete Publish, our recommended package for first-time authors, is $1,499. Individual services start at $99. Every price is on our Packages page.
How do payments work?
50% to start and 50% before final files are delivered. For larger projects like ghostwriting, we can split payments by milestone.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Stripe, Zelle, Cash App, debit card, bank transfer and invoice.
What if I change my mind?
You get a full refund if you cancel before work starts, and 50% back if you cancel before we deliver the first draft or design. Read the full refund policy.
Timelines and process
How long does publishing take?
Starter Publish takes 2 to 3 weeks, Complete Publish 4 to 6 weeks and Premium Publish 6 to 8 weeks, counted from when we receive your final manuscript. Stores usually approve books within 72 hours of upload.
How many revisions do I get?
Three rounds on covers, formatting and other design work. Edits come with a follow-up pass after you review them. Extra rounds are $50 each.
Will I be involved along the way?
Yes. Nothing goes live without your approval. You approve the edit, the cover, the interior and the store listing before we upload anything.
Who will I work with?
One publishing consultant is your contact from start to finish. Our editorial, design and publishing teams do the work, and your consultant keeps you updated.
What is the free first-chapter check?
Send us your first chapter and within 3 business days we'll email honest notes: what level of editing it needs, any formatting issues, and which package fits. There's no cost and no obligation.
Publishing questions
Which stores do you publish to?
Amazon Kindle and paperback, IngramSpark (which reaches Barnes & Noble, libraries and independent bookstores), Barnes & Noble Press, Apple Books, Kobo, Google Play Books and Draft2Digital.
Do I need an ISBN?
Not always. Amazon ebooks don't need one, and Amazon offers free ISBNs for paperbacks. If you want your own imprint name on every edition, you can buy ISBNs from Bowker. We explain the options before you decide.
Can you help with a book I already published?
Yes. Our Book Relaunch package gives a live book a new cover, cleaner interior and a stronger Amazon listing, and Launch & Marketing gives it a push.
Do you guarantee sales or bestseller status?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We promise professional work, honest advice and on-time delivery. Sales depend on your book, your genre and your marketing.
Do you write or buy reviews?
Never. Fake or paid reviews break Amazon's rules and can get a book removed. We help you reach real readers who may choose to review.

Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Yes. Your manuscript is only shared with the team members working on it, and we'll sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
Do you offer ghostwriting?
Yes. We ghostwrite memoirs, business books, self-help and fiction from a detailed idea, starting at $4,999 for up to 25,000 words. See Ghostwriting.
